My art journey began at a very young age. Drawing was something that I enjoyed doing, and I guess I just never really stopped. I briefly attended art college in Columbus, before deciding to travel the states and do some soul searching instead. After some time on the road, I came back to Ohio to start my tattoo career.

I began tattooing full time in the early 2000s, but had been hanging around tattooers, artists and shops since the mid 90s. I like to do custom, large scale, color tattoos; specializing in Traditional Japanese inspired work. I draw influence from the Japanese ukiyo-e artists such as Yoshitoshi, Hokusai and Kuniyoshi. I enjoy the obscure and dark side of Asian art, as well as Buddhist, Balinese and Tibetan imagery.

I’ve also traveled extensively in the past few years, both leisurely and work related, doing guest spots and international conventions, including Singapore, Eindhoven, South Korea and Bali; which has allowed me to expand my artistic inspiration from all over the world.
